Black And White

Guys are weird.  Period.  They amuse themselves in ways us girls would never think of.  Fun, for them, consists of creating unique ways to injure themselves and acting like drunken monkeys.  On the other hand, GIRLS prefer conversing logically and laughing at guys stupid antics.

A person like me doesn’t like being stared at or talked about much.  Unfortunately, this is getting increasingly harder to avoid as I’m growing older.  Even though I get frustrated with guys at times, they’re still a great source of entertainment.

One time my friend and I were walking around the track at the famous Sports Dome in Alaska.  A guy came walking by and tripped as his arm got caught in a soccer net.  He spun around and gracefully (not) did a few somersaults upon hitting the ground.  (Now that I think about it, his fall resembled a fish flopping around in a boat.)  Anyway, he stood up quickly to compose himself and saw me and my friend.  “Plop!”  He threw himself on the astroturf and played dead.  I felt like clapping for his brilliant display of drama.  I looked over my shoulder after passing him to see him still lying there, then POP went his head to see if we were gone yet.  Oh, I wish I had my camera with me!

So, even if guys DO bore me with informing me about their ”intense” workout routine, I still don’t wish they would’ve stayed where they came from.  Mars.
